The Kiwanis Club Christmas Luncheon

The Kiwanis Club Christmas Luncheon Committee planned and hosted a wonderful Christmas Event at the Terravita Country Club for members and their guests on December 11th, 2019.  The event was attended by 91 Club Members and their Guests who dined on a choice of Beef Tenderloin or Seared Salmon entrees with a dessert of New York Cheesecake with Strawberry topping.  A selection of top shelf adult beverages was included.  All were entertained by the Renaissance Singers in a program of Christmas and Holiday Music presented in joyfully spirited manner while roving amongst the tables.

President Mike Poppenwimer introduced Leo Reardon as the Committee Chair, supported by his committee of Joyce Jordan and Ted Dimon who had been planning and working on this event for months including a series of meetings with the staff at Terravita.  The result of all of the committee’s past experience with these events paid off as many attendees commented they thought it was the best Kiwanis Christmas Event in many years as it was beautifully orchestrated by the committee!  Our deepest thanks to this committee for their fine efforts!
