Our guest speaker is Ralph Spurgin, a Kiwanian member. Ralph started in the Credit Industry as a bill collector, first for WT Grants and then for JC Penney. After a series of promotion and transfers, he rose to the position of National General Credit Manager of Planning and Development for JC Penney. Ralph will help us understand a Credit Bureau score and its importance and the history of why your credit bureau score is important, the history of scoring, what is scored, and how to improve your score.
